DAMAGED PRODUCT

i bought a head board @ house & home Sandton and they gave me a damaged product. it was scratched and just imagine receiving a damaged white product.

i asked my dad to collect it for me and when i opened it 2 weeks after getting home, yeases it was messed. it wasnt damaged in transit because they used blankets to wrap it so it can not be damaged.

i was so disappointed and couldn't return it because i stay in Pretoria and the headboard is in Mpumalanga.

i want them to send me the pictures of the product before the loading and after loading. i am sure that should be in their Standard Operating Procedure.
