Damaged Goods now being repaired!

I am a regular customer at house and home and two weeks ago purchased a brand new dining room suite, when it was delivered the table was damaged, they collected it last week Monday and I was told I would receive a new one. Nobody has called me since to keep me update, and today when I call I am told that Nicole is not in since last week, and that my table has been sent in to the supplier to be repaired! I don't want a repaired table I want a brand new one as I paid for a brand new set not second hand! I leave messages and nobody calls me, this has been an awful experience, and I will think twice about shopping at the House & Home again!
