Damaged goods and Bad behaviour from Charlotte

We bought red couches for R33999 if i am not mistaken but somewhere there i am not sure about the price but between R33000- R34000, tv, bed, and a kettle from House and Home sometime in September because we liked the store. After a week we realised that one of the couches had some factory faults, that's when we decided to check all of them. we checked and indeed all of them had their own faults. I called the store reported the matter that in one of the couches there is a small hole which can result to a big hole and the other one the cover underneath is torn and it's faulty and the other one the head rest can't stand. we made the arrangements for them to come and collect them. indeed, they came. we were happy that they came and they will fix. On the 30th i received a call from the store that the they will bring the couches on Friday. On Friday nobody called me. On Monday the 4th November a lady called Disebo, phoned me, she said to me they are not happy about the couches and that they will send them back again for repairs. I said i am also not happy because we spent a lot of money if they can't fix them then why can't they give us our money back because they gonna give us problems in the future, she then promised to call me later in the afternoon. She and I had a very decent conversation until Charlotte Heldhagen or Weldhagen I am not sure if she is Heldhagen or Weldhagen but her name is Charlotte called me. She gave me hell. She is toxic, Very rude in an unexplainable way. she said ma'am i hear you have a problem with the couch? all that was said with an attitude. She said we are going to send the couch back to be fixed i said but i am not happy because they couldn't fix it the first time and now it's doing up and down i am not happy i need my money so that i can look for something else. She said then i am not going to refund you. I said now you are telling me what to do with my own money? she said well, I am going to send the couch back to you and anyway what is it that you are complaining about, about the couch? I said why did you take the couch for repairs if you don't know what I am complaining about? I was very furious to a point that i even went to the Store the way she disrespected me was out of this world with my own money. When i got there she continued to disrespect me when i tell her i don't want to do business with her she said she will see what to do because "Clearly i need money". We want our money back i would never allow anyone to disrespect me the way she did We want our money back before the end of this week i need to get new couches for our house. We want our money
