Damaged Goods

Myself and wife bought 2 couches from Bloemfontein branch in February, We then went to the store in October to address our dissatisfaction with the condition and quality of goods, the couches then got picked up and the delivery of the news ones was made on Sunday the 22nd of November, despite the goods being wrapped in plastics and boxes, they were both not in good conditions which I then reported to the store the 1st thing Monday morning,We however haven't got our complaint resolved by the store after the 48 hrs promise they have made
