Damaged Goods

I purchased a Bedroom Suite and Plasma TV stand on 01 February 2015 from the Centurion branch of Checkers House and Home Upon purchasing these items, the Salesman Amesh told me that the bedroom suite will come full assembled. Staff delivered the couch and the TV but refused to assemble the mirror on to the chest of drawers. The TV stand was damaged and removed immediately. I spoke to Department manager Selvan on Thursday 05 February 2015, to arrange for a new TV stand to be delivered. A defective unit was delivered on 06 February 2015, which was sent back. I spoke to Selvan again on Monday 09 February 2015 regarding delivery of another unit. He said he will follow up and get back to me. I spoke to the salesman Amesh on 13 February 2015 to enquire about the delivery of a new unit, and his response was that nobody told him about, thus a replacement was not arranged. On 15 February 2015, I received another defective unit from Checkers House and Home, which was sent back as the colour on the front left hand corner was not matching the rest of the unit. i am still waiting for the plasma stand to be delivered. I have to call the shop. The salesman will never call me.
