Damaged bed

Pls people never buy anything from House & Home mayville mall. We bought a bed and there was damage on the bed, we reported the problem to Pieter and the Branch manager the next day, they said that they will come out to our house to see the damage. The one lady from the store called us to say they will be coming out to our house the next morning. Well guess what no one came. So we had to phone them again to follow up the next week. And the answer was sorry they thought some one came out. Then they said we have to take pictures. So we did. A week later we had to follow up again. This time the excuse was it was send to head office they will call us the next day to change our bed. Well two weeks later i phoned their head office complaints department. And guess what they knew nothing about it. Well to make a long story short Serta came out to our house after House and home told them it's customer abuse after no inspection was even done. And all House and home said is sorry we cannot help you the case is closed. So till up to now we are still sitting with a damaged and broken bead we baught at House and Home mayville mall. Pls make sure people that those people sell you broken items you will never get it replaced or changed. They will blame you. We were gonna buy a bed from ufo furniture due to the fact it was a 150kg mattress because i am a big man the bed was R6000 at ufo. So we stopped at house and home mayville to see what beds they have and the sales lady said that they have the serta bed on special that is also 150kg and its R5500 and to our surprise when we got home that night the bed is only 120kgs that is where the first issue was raised with the damage to mattress
