Hi, I have a bad experience with house & home, I bought couches, they were broken within a year I went to the store they fix it but again same couch break the following month, I couldn't report cz it was a lockdown but immediately after lockdown I reported to the store they say one year guarantee is finished so they cant help me, my concerned is that the couch was not fixed properly cz it can not break within a month again
