Customer complaint

I am not happy with the service I’ve been getting from one of your branches (krugersdorp president hyper store) I bought pots which were not of good quality I went and complained about it and was told to return them upon returning them I was then told that they won’t refund or exchange them cuz it’s not their fault I asked for their manager who made fun of me and told me he won’t refund or exchange cuz he doesn’t see anything wrong with the pots and my stove is the one at fault I have been going back and forth with this issue with no luck. I want my money back cuz no one seem to be willing to assist me. I hoped that this matter could be resolved by the Headoffice but no one from their Headoffice is getting back to me. Person who was assisting me is Asanda And Manager is Gert
