i went to one of your stores in somerset west and i was assisted by a sales person MS L Williams on the 05/02/15 to purchase an HP INTEL CELERON NOTEBOOK which was on special for R2999.00 the lady said to me that they don't have it in stock but they can check for at another branch if the do have it and they would keep it for me and i would need to pay the branch in somerset so that i can retain the one that is going to be kept for me. they indeed phoned the store and they confirmed that it is the only one left therefore they would keep it for me and i paid if required i can email proof of payment and receipts received for this transaction. When i went to collect my laptop with my receipts they told me they had sold the laptop. I find this very unprofessional and i would like someone to assist me with this as i want that laptop at the price i purchased it as promised as legally it is mine. please contact me on my cellphone or my land line at home after working hours at *** or my husband on ***. when i went back at somerset they gave me attitude and poor customer service, i will never recommend that shop to anyone
