Couches from house and home

I bought couches in April from house and home, after about 3 months the stiching got loose, the wood on the inside is broken and the cushioning is already worn out we paid them for scoth gaurd on the coutches and one of the gents working there said we must check for a sticker underneath the couch to say that is was scoth gaurded and there was no sticker. I went to hous and home to tel them about it and they said they wil collect is for repairs. I did that, after about a month of waiting for the couches they only repaired the one side of stiching that came lose with hand and it looked very bad. They did put scotch gaurd on but didnt even clean the couches so I went back to house and home again to tell the manager Jaco this and he was furious, he told me that he will make sure they give us credit and I can collect new couches from them. They came to collect the couches again I phone him every week and every time eather him or Beauty said they will phone me back regarding wat is going on with the couches, today after more than a month I phoned Jaco again and he just said they wont give me credit they will send me my couches back. I realy think that is poor of them.
