Couches broken and tattered after only 6 months

I bought a corner lounge suite which was delivered on 08/10/2014. Its been only 6 months and the couch creaks and squeaks like a ten year old couch set.The seats are sunken as well.One of the seats is so sunken that no-one is allowed to sit on it anymore.The fabric is getting undone on the corners where the fasteners are put in. On one of the seats the fabric threads are unraveling on their own. I have had to resort to using throws to cover this up. I have owned couches before and they have lasted years yet after only 6 months this set from House and Home is a disaster.I have started the process of calling in to the online department to get this sorted and would appreciate better feedback and responses.I believe the product was of poor quality to begin with and hope that House and Home can stop taking consumers for a ride and start giving us our money's worth.This was my first purchase with House and Home and it most probably will be my last at this rate.FYI, a friend did advise me not to use House and Home but I decided to give you guys a chance and sadly you have lived up to your reputation.
