Couch cushions not delivered

Most unfortunately, I bought a couch for almost R10000 from this shop. It was delivered without the back cushions. I called them repeatedly about this issue but just got the reply they couldn't find them. I offered to buy the cushions but they said they were only sold with a new couch. I tell you where's the sense in that? Manager was supposed to call me but didn't bother returning my call. I dont think I'd be buying anything big from these guys anytime soon...
