COUCH COMPLAINT

Hi I bought couches at House and Home February 2019, then Feb 2020 the two sitter was broken, I went to report to the Tygervalley store where I bought them they were fixed in March 2020, then April 2020 same couch was broken and it was lockdown, when the shop start working I went to report but they told me about the 1 year guarantee, my question was the couch didn't even finish a month that means the job was not done properly, but no one helped me I even sent an email to the lady , ***, she escalated to the store but the same response I got, can you please help me, thank you
