Confused staff at OK shallcross

OK shallcross has the worst customer service. On the 15/04/23 i went to OK at around 10h00. Bought a large round cake 1 loaf of Albany white bread and a pack cigarettes. When i came to the till to cash up i ask cashier for R600 cash back and she said go to money market. After i paid i went to the money market and requested cash back lady at money market said go to the cashier. I then asked for manager and was told he was out. Dam what a top top service from staff of OK Shallcross.
