I had many problems with the fridge and freezer my son bought for me. It was a Defy and we always thought Defy was the best being South African. I explain to the manageress (Julianana) and she understood was was so very good at her job and understood. There were many exchanges and she really helped me though this ordeal which, as I'm not young|!!, She was the the best Manager/s I have ever had, she went out of her way to help me (and my son) I cannot say how happy and feel that she went the extra mile mile for my son and myself. She was the best I have ever dealt and I would recommend her more than you would know, It was House and Home at Sandowns at Parklands. What fantastic service.. and such nice staff . I hope the "top brass" get this message as its worthy of everything I've experienced and I would definitely go to House and Home again, without doubt
