Complaints not being attended to House and Home.

On the 27th last month we paid our lay bye in full excited to receive our item. While waiting for help and during I witnessed staff confronting each other(physically as well), the haste to get the transaction done to get me out of their hair. This experience alone was unprofessional and uncomfortable to see. When we received the item the next day and when we opened it up there was dents and scratches on the the outside of the refrigerator. I contacted them informing them about this and still today Nothing.
