Complaints about furniture I bought at house and home

I bought Restonic bed in August 2023 at House and home Hemmingways mall East London

Today my daughter can't even sleep on that bed it is finished when she turns we all wake up because the mattress is dead the springs are very noisy

Even the couch I bought there in October it's the same story now I have to replace things that did not even last me a year 🙃
