COMPLAINT WITH HOUSE & HOME

Very much disappointed with House & Home in Mthatha. I bought a Restonic bed from them, it hasn’t even been two years since I bought the bed but already it’s faulty. I went to them to complain about the condition of the bed since it’s still has warranty, and after a few weeks they agreed to replace the mattress. It’s been over a month now since they agreed to replace the mattress yet the mattress is still not replaced. Every week When I go to enquire about the mattress I get told different stories; that “stock hasn’t arrived.” Week in week out I get told different stories, yet it’s almost two months and they still haven’t assisted me. I have been very much patient with them for a long while, but one gets to a point where their patience run out. Very disappointing. Pretty sure that when I go do another follow up they still going to tell me to wait another week.
