Complaint.

The worst place to shop. No wonder why their stores are always empty. the level of anxiety I have been through just to get my item exchanged after the 21 days repair wasn't successful, and yet I can't get solid feedbacks, everyone is dodging, and relying on the customer's fatigue to constantly follow up. I thought to open a case at the police, this can be exhausting too.
