Complaint against House and Home

I Litha Mahleki bought a JVC 75 in h plasma TV on July end of the month. I collected it beginning of August. By 16 of August it lost sound . I reported on the 17 of August 2029. I received it back on the 4th of November 2019. On the 6th of March 2020 it lost sound again. Reported it and it was taken on the 4th of June ,but since then I have not received my TV or my money back . Instead they are forcing me to take the faulty and defective JVC plasma that aught to be removed from the shelves.
