Complaint about delivery

Good day

Today (11/01/2018) we visited House&Home Potchefstroom at Mooirivier Mall to buy a new fridge.

First of all, nearly every fridge we looked at was out of stock. Then when we finally got a fridge they had, they promised a prompt delivery. After waiting 3 hours for the fridge to arrive (I live 7 minutes away from Mooirivier mall), and after calling them a thousand times to hear where the fridge is (and apparently each time it was on its way), it still hadn’t arrived.

We had to drive back to Mooirivier mall because the last time I called the manager of House&Home she said: “What am I supposed to do about the delayed delivery?”

This was the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at any store... I would not recommend their service at all.
