Complaint

I bought a bed when we opened the bed was torned, reported it immediately but it was a struggle I had to report again to their head office and it was exchanged after a month I reported it. I have a problem again with the same bed, reported it as usual no response had to call every time to find out, after a month I decided to take the matter again to their head office and now I am still waiting for delivery that was promised to be done over the past weekend. Will never buy from them again House and Home at N1 City
