Complaint

Good day

I'm writing to complain of the poor service I received from House and Home, Highveld Mall (Emalahleni).

On the 26th of November 2020 two Twin tub washing machines 15 Kg and 18 kg were purchased Cash on the day and we were promise that a delivery for both machines will be done between Sunday or Monday, to my surprise none of the machines were delivered.

I am most annoyed that I wasted the whole two days waiting for House N Home to deliver as promised, my impression of that awful company has be tarnished.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the matter further and to learn of how u propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
