Complaint

I beyond annoyed by the service given by house and home in Alberton. I bought 18 kg washing machine on the 8/09/2021 cash they didn't bother to notify me immediately that they don't have stock they told me the next day I was patient with them for the whole week, I called them on the 18th to ask about my machine they told me that they still don't have stock on the 20th we communicated with the sales person which is Nceba I told him that I can't wait anymore I need refund I will collect my money on the 21st. Today I gave them a call to notify them that I'm on my way to collect my money I spoke to Thando she told me that the store doesn't have R7,800.00 there's nothing they can do I'll have to wait for them to make that money before I can come to collect. I assume that she had the nerve to tell me that there's nothing they can do because of my race how pathetic!! See me kill me laying my eyes in that store they don't take their customers seriously as now the time is 15:27 I haven't heard anything from them.
