Complaint

Hai please can you assist with regards to house and home furniture store in Arbour crossing Amanzimtoti KwaZulu-Natal..... On the 5th of October I bought a defy washing machine that was on promotion they didn't have stock so I asked if they can check any other store that I can buy it from they said Westville Pavillion mall had it...... I was willing to drive to Westville but the sales guy had said he will bring it to Arbour crossing store.... 10 days later am receiving a call from them telling me there is a problem they cannot find my machine as the Westville store had sold the one they had promised me.... Iam not happy already I have waited 10 days for my machine and now there is a problem.... I want my machine.
