Complain about the new fridge that is not working

H&H Menlyn in Pretoria i bought a fridge cash from them, when the fridge gets delivered i found that it's a faulty, the internal light is not working, water dispenser is leaking and the is making a loud Noice. I am now stuck with the fridge because they telling they are waiting for their technician. I have been telling to come take their fridge ,i can't stuck with this fridge. the service is poor, they don't put customers first, I need a refund. I did not buy the fridge from their supplier; they should be dealing with their supplier not me to becalling the technician.
