Complain

Hi Last year 12 October 2019 me and my husband bought a set of sofas at house &home.when we open the set we found out that 2 seats did not recline and 3 seat was tone. I reported that to the store and they promised to change the set for us,we waited for them until December 31st where they and delever wrong set. From than they were busy giving us excuses until I decided to choose another set and their buyer refused to give that set.and than on February 2020 they had a promotion and i choose another set and i had to pay R1000 difference from the old set because I was tired of going there and ask them same think. And on March 2020 we find out that the new set is faulty again 1 seat is tone and 3seatis hard when you push it back after reclining.I didn't get a chance to report due to lock down. But due to bad experience that i have I don't know i should report this or not.
