Checkers Mimosa Mall

This is the second time a specific Checkers employee at Mimosa Mall's Checkers has been rude and gave attitide for no reason. The first time we had a debacle about something small. I contacted her manager and let them know. They did nothing about the situation.

Today I went to buy something to eat for my lunch break. NOW...

Everyone who forgets their checkers card quickly uses someone else's card, politely say thank you and gives ghe card back without a hassle.

I forgot mine at my work, quickly went to buy food, realised I forgot my card and asked to borrow someone else's (a person I know).

The employee, Refiloe, who worked at the kiosk denied helping me untill I give my details to her for my card that is in the shop. I use my husbands card, I lost mine and they don't want to help me put my details on a new card.

I told her I did not know that they refuse service if you use someone else's card.

This is not my first time shopping there, I never have issues with anyone else except, Refiloe who normally works at Mimosa Mall's Checkers' kiosk.

I am not rude to the tillers etc, because I also work in retail. I know how rude customers can be. But this is ridiculous. I am going to report her and I am not happy with Mimosa Mall's Checkers. Is this how you treat your clients??

Your staff pushes your clients out of the way with their checkers 60 60 cart orders when they are busy collecting. There is always no one at the fruit and vegetable isle to weigh and price your items.

No man! And you want to have a good reputation but you do not sort out your unhappy customers' problems?
