Checkers house and home delivery service is not worth shopping with them

I purchased an item from checkers house and home on 22/11/2018. To date I have not heard anything from them and they have still not delivered my order 11 days later. When I raised this on Twitter last week they promise to get back to me by the end of last week which did not happen. How bad is your delivery process?
