Checkers 60 60

I recently purchased a gift bag via the Checkers 60-60 app. The item was listed as an Generic occasional gift bag”, and I specifically chose a design that featured no text just a simple patterned bag suitable for any occasion. Nowhere in the description did it indicate that it was a birthday, Christmas, or themed bag. In fact, I even selected two optionsthat appeared completely neutral.

However, when my order arrived, I was surprised to find a blue gift bag with "Happy Birthday” printed across it completely unsuitable for my needs. The gift is not for a birthday, but rather a general gift between friends, and this clearly does not match what I selected or what was advertised.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues with Checkers 60-60. Just yesterday, I ordered cake flour, and when it arrived, the bag was wet and the flour inside had hardened, making it unusable. I had to discard the entire product. It’s not about the cost it’s about the quality and the consistency, both of which have been disappointing. I urge you to please look into these repeated service issues, as it is becoming increasingly frustrating as a customer.
