Cheap qaulity , higher prices

<p>I bought a dining room suite at House and home, within a year, the chairs started peeling off. The price of the dining room suite was R16 999. When we complained to them, they offered to replace the chairs that are peeling off, and advised that should the new ones peel off again, there is nothing they can do for us. They don't take accountability for the cheap qaulity they are selling to customers. If you buy something from them, and it shows signs of poor qaulity faterwards....basically you are stuck with it.</p> <p>I would advise people to think twice before spending money at House and Home. They are not an investment, they are a waste of money. We now have to buy new chairs for the dining room suite and sell their ones to a secondhand shop becasue they refuse to give us anything of better qaulity.</p> <p>Their are reaping people off, and it seems they get away with it.</p>
