I bought a recliner for R8000.00 + in September 2018, about 2 months ago we noticed one side of the recliner is leaning completely to the right. We inspected the recliner and it looks like the wood is broken.

How is it possible that the recliner is not a year old, and its already broken ? Neither me or my wife are overweight and we have small children under 3. They won't be able to break the recliner. For the amount of money we paid, you would think the recliner would last longer than 9 months.
