Carpets team is excellent

The Carpets team is excellent. We've arrived on a Saturday at House & Home in Menlyn Mall and William was willing to come out the same day to give a quote. We said 'no rush' so arranged for the next week. He was at our gate early and measured and gave the quote on the spot. We went back to the shop to look at more ranges and Lungile assisted us this time. We paid for the installation and he followed up diligently to get a date for installation. Less than a week later we have our new carpet in the main bedroom, after the team installed yesterday in less than 3 hours. Super happy. Must add that we tried House & Home after we tried both Top Carpets Montana and Moreletapark branches but they either didn't pitch when arranged or never sent the quote after measurements.
