CAPE GATE IS THE WORST!

The Cape Gate branch has the WORST customer service EVER!!! I bought a JVC Smart TV on 1 August 2020, and now it does not work as it should. The preloaded apps cannot be updated and now the apps do not work. I took it back to the store on 21 September, only to be promised that an assessor will be in store to assess the TV on 22 September before 12 and even now it is just excuses after excuses 3 days later! They are quick to take a person's money, but when someone has a problem with their products, it is always an issue to get the service that one would expect after spending thousands of rands at their store! This is THE WORST experience I have ever had!
