Can't take instruction and horrible service

Firstly I ordered a Lamar TV stand on Monday, to be assembled for me to collect. They then promised it would be ready after 5 on Wednesday. I arrange for delivery with a courier he gets there the product is not assembled and there is nobody able to do it for him. Secondly, I decided to assemble myself and not call the store to inform them of my dissatisfaction. Only to u box the product and parts of the unit is cracked. Thirdly I call the n1 city branch at 18:40 to speak to a sales person or the manager takes me 10min to get hold of a sales person who is unable to assist. I then ask to speak to a manager who never answered my call. I then leave a message to instruct the manager to call me urgently. This morning I call then store again at 9am to no avail. I spent 30 min waiting for a manager and everytime I was cutoff. I left my name and number at reception with an urgent message to call me back. I have received no call to date. I am frustrated with this process and house and home need to urgently rectify this matter.
