Cannot find EFT of R5000 deposited in their accoun
the sales person (Alvin) issued a quotation and my employer paid an amount of R5000 via EFT on 15.01.2015. I visited the store on 27.01.2015 with the aim to settle the difference and claim the product of interest - I was informed (after waiting for 20 minutes) that they cannot allocate the EFT. The manager (Michael) came to assist.... he advised that since Alvin omitted to issue a store reference number, they will have to contact the finance manager (Marco) and that we should return the next day. No calls from neither Michael nor Alvin, we visited the store only to be told that they are still in the process of finding the money & was requested to come back on Friday - on Friday we were told to come back on Sunday as Alvin will fix problem - on Sunday we went to the store yet again only to be told they have not allocated the money yet, but that they will look for it first thing today. I just received a call asking for the papers as they have misplaced the documents. I emailed the document and requested a call after they received the document. the call came and I received the same comment: THE WILL NOW LOOK FOR THE MONEY!!!! OMW!!! What happened to work etic? Totally disgusted
