Can u make better delivery appointments with a time frame.

So yesterday morning me and my husband went to house and home in Westgate to buy a fridge, as i entered the fridge section i saw one on my budget for R4999, plus R400 delivery, a lady by the name Thandeka helped us as we made the purchase, and she told us there is no stock in the shop but they will get it from their warehouse, so we must expect delivery on Friday, which was okay we understood, but then this morning, she called asking if im home because they have delivered our fridge so can they deliver, i said yes, around 5pm I called again to ask if the delivery was gonna be made she said yes, they took many deliveries, im not happy at their delivery service, we bought this fridge cash, now I have been sitting at home the whole day its 6pm now my food has started to defrost, since I removed it from the old fridge in the morning, giving away the old one. I don't know if they deliver at night,
