BULL**** STORE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought a grey couch from this store via LayBye for 6 months. I paid it off last Saturday, an amount of R5027 plus R300 Delivery. They delivered a yellow couch apparently called Tango colour, which is not what I ordered. I called the store and was told to come in yesterday to do an exchange, instead when I got there, I was being told that I cannot do the exchange because the couch I ordered (Grey) is less than the price of the one they captured incorrectly (Tango) on their system, so I have to pay R1 000 more. I then told the consultant (CHRIS) to cancel this and refund me my money since they cannot help me. He requested I come today with my contract and ALL RECEIPTS for the past 6 months which I have misplaced but because I was paying via my card, I can produce my bank statement for the past 6 months. I called their HEAD OFFICE now and spoke to a very useless and rude lady who told me I will not get my refund without the contract and receipts.

My question is, when I was coming into your store EVERYMONTH to make payment, was I making a donation to the store because I am rich or because I am a good Samaritan? My contract is on your system either way, whether I have a copy or not. I was also going to buy the Defy washing machine today for R5300 but will rather take my business elsewhere. This store would rather lose business than admit they are wrong and rectify it!

I WANT A REFUND OR ELSE THIS WILL NOT END WELL!
