Since my last complaint about this business, I received a call from a lady called Ellen/Hellen who 'CLAIMED' to be the Manager of House and Home MENLYN branch. She promised that she will personally order the correct couch and have it delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday the latest ( 02 December 2020). I gave them until the end of the week which is today. When I call the store now and request to speak to her, they cut my call after asking " How they can direct my call" and I advise that I need to speak to their manager Ellen. Now when I call both their numbers, no one answers. I have been too patient with this TUCK SHOP of a business honestly and all this HelloPeter comments are unnecessary if only people did their jobs but what can one expect ? I am still waiting for my couch/refund. I am not surprised though, you see by their *********** consultants that management itself takes the cup of INCOMPETENCY.

Ellen , the same way you were able to call me to tell me that you will deliver the correct couch, call me so we can finalize the refund cuz clearly you also like Chris ...
