Broken TV sold to me

I baught a new JVC 32inch TV 4 days ago, I got a technician to Install Dstv, once we installed the dish and open the box and put the TV on we noticed a massive Crack on the TV screen I personally looked at the back of TV and noticed on the top left corner of the TV was open.. I took it immediately back, the manager rather blamed me for breaking the tv, House and home took no responsibility for selling me a broken TV. So I left the broken TV that was sold to me at house and home with no new TV and no refund. I left greenacres rather a looser of a R2000..
