Broken headboard and an unprofessionalim on the staff.

On September 2022 I bought a bedroom suit at House and home at BT Ngebs mall in Mthatha. The suit was not available, I got a call few weeks stating that it's ready for collection unfortunately I was out of town. I arrived and went to fetch it. It was my son's gift as he was from initiation school. Ceremony was held on the 27 December. When we were assembling the headboard was all broken. On January I went to my sales consultant Mawethu and reported the matter, I was promised that they would get back to me till to date. I took pics of the broken headboard, sent them through to Mawethu. Till to date I have not received either a call from them. I went again last week with a promise that they will come back to me till now nothing as yet. I am sooo very much disappointed at Ngebs Mthatha House ad home, as I have been buying my furniture from them with no complaint.
