Broken fridge

Bought a fridge at House and Home Roodepoort 2 years ago and broke within the warranty called the store and they send technician to check the fridge only to find out that they can't fix the fridge, was told to come to the store a choose another one, fridge was delivered to my surprise it has falling *****s, cracked, dead spider inside and very dirty inside. Service is every bad you have to call every day for updates staff very not helpful at all. If they practice what they preach when you go to shop and buy paid cash for that fridge can I please get what I paid for or get my money 😤😤😤😤😈.
