Broken Bed Woes :(

I have purchased a bed last year sometime. Sorry not to good with Dates. However i do know its not a year yet. So the bed i purchased was defective. I had called Pelicam at Ok Furniture at St John as thats were i had purchased the bed. He advised that Ok Furniture will replace the bed. Mind you i thought the mattress and the base. So i waited for three weeks. And phoned Pelican. He somehow had on record that they had called me which no ine did. He then advised i should wait a further 2 weeks to recieve the mattress. But Pelican had said bed. So i waited two weeks. And called. The matress had arrived. Now i honestly wasnt advised that if i picked up the bed. And if returned i should drop off and pick up again. So when i followed up again. pelican had told me. But when was i going to get a call to say my matress was there. We argued at the fact that i had to pick up as i did the first time. Im a single mom. Who has a now one year old thats sleeping on a very uncomfortable bed for months. So i had the manager call me and say because i picked up the first time i should pick the matress up. However 2 weeks later i managed to get a trailer and pick up the bed... A week later the new bed\matress has started squeeking all over. Now im 60kg. My baby is 11kg. How heavy are we that the bed is faulty again. So i called Pelican twice already. I jad no calls back. What do i do. I cannot afford to hire another trailer. Im sitting with yet another uncomfortable bed. And the worst customer service ever. I paid R5100. 00 for a broken bed.
