Branch & Regional Manager (Potchefstroom) Unhelpful

No assistance whatsoever.

The recliner set is falling apart, yet no in-person inspection was conducted. Instead, a video call inspection was done, after which we were told that we are placing uneven weight on the furniture and that the damage is our fault. This explanation is unacceptable, as the defects are clearly structural in nature.

Despite our repeated concerns, neither Ruben from the Potchefstroom branch nor the Regional Manager, Elinore Hattingh, has shown any willingness to properly investigate or resolve the matter. It appears that every effort is being made to avoid taking responsibility for what is clearly a product failure.

We are extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the furniture and the lack of customer service provided.
