Branch manager Rude and unprofessional.

Branch Manager Madie Cloete is very rude to her customers and to contractors that do contracting job for House & Home at Fleurdal mall. She makes a business name bad on social media and badmouth them.I think this behaviour is unprofesional and rude and the least tp say she is a manager. Is the way a manager behaves.
