Bought plasma TV on the1 August 2024

Bought plasma TV on the1 August 2024.Now its5August 2005 the TV is no longer playing.I returned it back to OK Gezina the guarantee is only year.they sell a display TV.I must pay R1000 to fix TV.How can an iron,kettle guarantee be the same with TV.the lady said is now2years,I want my money back.I will go to other shops that will give me abetter guarantee,I am totally not happy with their service , the display TV play the whole year how can you sell such TV.The manager said is going to sell TV.
