Bought and paid for but NADA!

On the 26th November 2017 my wife and I saw Defy Fridge we liked in House and Home in George. We were told we could have delivery on Saturday 2nd December, when we phoned to confirm they said it would be on Sunday 3rd December 2017 between 14h00 and 17h00. We stayed at home waiting for delivery. We phoned at 17h00 but no response. On Monday 4th December we were told by a "Johnny Bravo". (On can only assume it is his real name) that the fridge had not arrived from Port Elizabeth and would I like the shop soiled one? No discount offered for it, he did however state that delivery would be free after I pointed out that they have not kept their side of the agreement. Later he phoned and swore that a new fridge was on it's way and would be delivered on Tuesday 6th December 2017. We phoned to confirm and it was established that it had not yet arrived and could they possible deliver today Wednesday 6th December 2017. Still no phone call and no offers of a discount etc? Do they have any idea what "service" is?
