Bosch Washing machine from House and home

I decided to buy a Bosch Washing machine last year from House and Home in Centurion Mall. During the course of 10 months we had to call house and home 4 times to get the machine repaired. The first time it was alright and then the machine broke again. Some technician from Bosch Services said the Filter needs to be REPLACED and they did it. Today September 15th 2020 the filter which was replaced broke and the water leaked out. House and Home tells us we have to contact Bosch. Hello I bought it from you guys not directly from Bosch. Please assist in this matter and replace the washing machine or service the washing machine properly. Bosch service centre is also gives the roundabout.

Definitely this machine is not SABS approved or the fault lies with Bosch itself.
