Their service is very very bad,I bought a hop from them in Trade Route and they moved without letting me know even though i returned the hop i bought from them,imagine my surprise when i took the hop back because i waited a long time before i get any response after i report the faulty hop. Only when i get hold of Mr Mbatha who was the one helping me then he said i can go to East Gate branch. There u didn't get help as i was told the hop broke because i was careless.
