Black Friday disaster

Bought a couch on black Firday on-line on the 23rd of November 2018, Did the payment immediately they send me an email with my order number. I phone several times to Bloemfontein branch the people keep giving me dfferent stories "technical difficulties" "waiting for stock to come in".

They tell me head office will give me a call to date nothing, i have mail the email adress they gave me on the order email no response and tried calling the number on the email no one picks up

The worst servive i have ever received no feedback or a date to expect the couch
